Step-by-step: export from IBKR

  1. 1Log in to your Interactive Brokers account at interactivebrokers.com
  2. 2Navigate to Performance & Reports → Flex Queries
  3. 3Click 'Create New Flex Query'
  4. 4Select 'Trades' as the section and set your date range
  5. 5Choose CSV as the delivery format
  6. 6Click 'Run' and download the generated file
  7. 7Alternatively: Reports → Activity → Activity (daily) for a simpler CSV
